I build web apps forgrowing businesses

Custom software, SaaS platforms, and internal tools — built from scratch and handed over to you completely. No subscriptions, no lock-in, no jargon.

What I Build

If your business runs on software, I can build it.

Custom Web Applications

Need something built that off-the-shelf software can't handle? I design and build web apps from scratch — customer portals, booking systems, workflow tools, anything with a login and a database behind it.

  • Customer portals
  • Booking & scheduling apps
  • Workflow automation tools
  • Internal business dashboards

SaaS & Admin Platforms

Have a business idea that should be software? I've built complete SaaS platforms end-to-end — user accounts, subscriptions, role-based access, and all the admin tools you need to run it.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS products
  • Subscription billing integration
  • Role-based user management
  • Admin fulfillment dashboards

Internal Tools & Portals

Spreadsheets and email chains slowing your team down? I build internal tools — employee portals, document management systems, inventory trackers — that replace manual work with software your team actually uses.

  • Employee onboarding portals
  • Document management systems
  • Inventory & order tracking
  • Report generation pipelines

How We Built It

  • Invite-based employee onboarding — unique business codes auto-link employees to the correct company on sign-up
  • Digital signature composited server-side directly into generated PDFs — one coherent document stored to S3
  • Enrollment state machine enforces sequential workflow — no actor can advance out of order, transitions are atomic
  • Role-scoped API enforcement at the Nitro service layer — UI guards are UX, not the security boundary

Lessons Learned

  • State machine design keeps multi-actor workflows auditable without reconstructing history from events.
  • Server-side document generation ensures legally significant PDFs are tamper-resistant from the moment they are created.
  • Soft delete over hard delete preserves enrollment record integrity across all workflow phases — data is never unrecoverable.

How It Works

From first conversation to working software — here's the process.

01

Discovery Call

We talk through what you're trying to build, what problem it solves, and what success looks like. No commitment, no sales pitch — just figuring out if we're a good fit.

02

Proposal

I send you a plain-English proposal: what I'll build, how long it'll take, and what it costs. No surprises. If something changes mid-project, I tell you before I act.

03

Build

I build your project and keep you updated throughout. You'll see real progress — not status meetings. I ask questions early so we don't rebuild things at the end.

04

Launch & Handoff

You get a working product you own completely. I handle deployment, walk you through how it works, and stay available for questions after launch.

Let's Talk About Your Project

Tell me what you're trying to build. I'll follow up within one business day.

Common Questions

faq.md

What does a project typically cost?

Small tools and internal apps usually start around $3,000–$8,000. Full platforms with user accounts, billing, and multiple roles typically run $10,000–$30,000+. I'll give you a firm number before any work starts.

How long does a project take?

A focused internal tool takes 3–6 weeks. A full SaaS platform with dashboards and billing typically takes 2–4 months. Timeline depends on scope — I'll be specific in the proposal.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Not at all. I translate between business problems and technical solutions. You describe what you need in plain English — I figure out how to build it.

Will I own the code?

Yes. Everything built for your project is yours. You get the source code, the hosting setup, and complete control. I'm not a rental — I hand it over.

Can you work on an existing project?

Yes. I take on projects that are already in progress — adding features, fixing what's broken, or picking up where another developer left off.
